PRESIDENT & FOUNDING PARTNER
KEVIN ELLERTSON
Raised in a family of tradespeople, construction has been a lifelong foundation of Kevin’s career. In 2014, he transitioned from the field into project management with a national retail construction firm, overseeing tenant improvement projects across office, medical, and retail sectors. His experience includes everything from single-location remodels to large-scale national rollouts for franchisees, retailers, and construction management firms.
In 2020, he founded Limitless Property Works in the height of the pandemic, starting in the residential space. In late 2022, he shifted Limitless away from residential work and refocused the company on commercial construction, returning to his core industry experience. By spring of 2026, the company was positioned for a strategic rebrand, resulting in the formation of a partnership with Aaron Madden and launching Dunhaven Construction Partners.
Kevin is married and a proud father of four children. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, being outdoors, and in the company of good friends and family.
VICE PRESIDENT & PARTNER
AARON MADDEN
Driven by a passion for delivering excellence in construction, Aaron brought two decades of industry expertise to Limitless Property Works when he joined the company in 2025. His extensive portfolio spans the successful management of diverse, high-stakes projects, including commercial builds, ground-up developments, tenant improvements, critical facilities, industrial sites, hospitality spaces, and infrastructure work.
By spring of 2026, Limitless was positioned for a strategic rebrand, resulting in the formation of a partnership with Kevin Ellertson and launching Dunhaven Construction Partners. Aaron is committed to helping steer Dunhaven with purpose and precision, fostering both strategic growth and long-term value with a focus on budget, timeline, and client goals.
Beyond the office, he fuels his curiosity and energy through global travel, athletic pursuits, and time spent with his wife and four children.
LEAD CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR
ALAINA ZURAWSKI
Alaina joined the team in 2024, leveraging a strong background in construction management and a results-driven mindset. With experience across a broad range of project scopes and administrative functions, she plays an integral role in coordinating construction administration processes, enhancing internal efficiencies, and optimizing user-centric software solutions that keep projects organized and on track.
Her leadership and attention to detail help ensure every project is executed with the professionalism, precision, and dependability clients count on.
When she is not optimizing systems or supporting the team, Alaina enjoys time with her family and rescue dogs and embraces the outdoors through gardening, hiking, camping, and volleyball.
LEAD BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
STEF RYAN
Before joining the company, Stefanie spent 14 years in the construction industry, where she developed expertise in marketing, business analytics, report writing, and software project management. She is passionate about fostering a positive work environment, improving operational efficiencies, and using data-driven strategies to support business growth.
Outside of work, Stefanie enjoys woodworking, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.
PROJECT MANAGER & ESTIMATOR
BEN NEITZKE
Ben has been an integral part of the business since the inception of Limitless Property Works. Starting his career in the field, he quickly distinguished himself through his reliability, ethos, and drive. His sharp attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to keep bids and project construction on track, have propelled him into a role as a Project Manager and Estimator.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a degree in Finance & Real Estate, Ben combines real-world expertise and institutional knowledge with strategic perspective. As Project Manager, he leads with precision and purpose, ensuring every stage of a project runs efficiently and to the highest standards.
Ben’s professional growth reflects the core values we uphold at Dunhaven Construction Partners, and his contributions continue to be a vital part of our continued success.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
SABRINA DHAHER
She holds a technical diploma in Construction Project Management and is currently pursuing an associate degree in Architectural and Structural Engineering, further strengthening her technical foundation in the field.
Sabrina enjoys hiking and nature photography in her free time and credits her strong work ethic to her father’s example of consistency and determination.

JOHN HABERMEHL
A firm believer in lifelong learning, John is always looking for ways to grow and improve. What he values most at Dunhaven is the team culture: “We’re like family-supportive, honest, and focused on doing great work that makes our customers happy.”

Preston has been a valued team member since 2021, bringing hands-on experience and a strong background in electrical utility maintenance. Driven by a passion for taking on complex challenges, Preston is committed to continued professional growth while supporting the company’s strategic objectives and delivering exceptional client service.
His methodical, solutions-focused approach supports efficient project execution and reflects his commitment to delivering high-quality results.
